Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for self-exclusion are processed without unnecessary delay. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC and standard verification procedures.
Upon Account closure, the User's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 11, 12, 13 and 15) shall remain in full force.
